Look First, Then Work
Every visit starts with ten to fifteen minutes of observation. Finding the right spot beats getting started quickly.
The studio is led by me, together with a long-time senior colleague. When you visit, it is usually the two of us serving you together.
Thirty years of chiropractic bodywork
American-Style Chiropractic Practitioner · 30+ Years in Practice
I have practised American-style chiropractic bodywork for over thirty years, working from structural and postural assessment towards joint mobility and fascial release. Most of what I see is the tension modern life builds up quietly — backs that sit too long, necks that look down, hands that never leave the mouse.
I don't rush. Every visit begins with ten to fifteen minutes watching how you stand, how you move, and where one side differs from the other — locating the source of the tension before deciding where to start, at what angle and with how much force, using instrument assistance where it fits. Looking properly first beats starting quickly; that is the clearest lesson of thirty years. And if the pressure is ever too much, just say so.
One thing I want to be clear about: I use instruments not to save effort. A pair of hands drifts with the day's energy and angle; an instrument doesn't — its force is pre-set, and the tenth application is identical to the first. Bone condition varies enormously between people and shows nothing on the outside. Rather than adding pressure by experience, I would rather begin with a force I can measure and take back. For older guests and more delicate frames, that matters a great deal.

One guest at a time, no walk-ins. You don't wait, and I don't divide my attention.
More pain isn't better. Where precision matters I use an instrument — a force that is set, and can be taken back. If anything feels off, just say the word.
This is not medicine. If something's beyond my scope, I'll say so and send you to a physician.
Tell me where it's tight and how you spend your days when booking — it helps me prepare before you arrive.
